Terms of Service & Waiver

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service and Waiver constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Cellevate ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services, including but not limited to breathwork, cold plunge, sauna, movement, play, biohacking, coaching, and other wellness services.

You agree that by accessing our Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service and Waiver. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND WAIVER, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You acknowledge and agree that by using our Services:

  • You are participating in activities that may involve risks, including but not limited to physical injury or death
  • You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur to you in or about Cellevate
  • You understand that each person's physical condition and response to activities may differ
  • You have consulted with your physician before participating in any activities

HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGMENT

You acknowledge and represent that:

  • You have no medical condition that would prevent you from safely using our Services
  • You are not pregnant (if applicable)
  • You are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • You will inform us of any changes in your physical health

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

You hereby release and forever discharge Cellevate and its employees, agents, managers, directors, and officers from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, present and future, arising out of or connected with your use of the Services.

MEMBERSHIP AND BOOKING

By purchasing a membership or booking services with Cellevate:

  • You agree to follow all membership policies and rules
  • You understand that memberships are non-transferable
  • You agree to our cancellation and no-show policies
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for agreed-upon fees

CONDUCT AND FACILITY RULES

While using our Services, you agree to:

  • Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
  • Respect other members and staff
  • Use equipment and facilities as intended
  • Maintain proper hygiene

MEDIA RELEASE

You grant Cellevate permission to use your likeness in photographs, video recordings, or other media for marketing purposes. You waive any right to royalties or compensation arising from the use of such media.
